Role Overview:
- Senior experience designing, implementing, and supporting PEGA Decisioning and Payments/Reg Reporting SME knowledge.
- Experience designing and building Data Sets, Data Flows, Strategies, and other PEGA DSM components like Propositions and Interaction History
- Experience with PEGA Decisioning, ESM, NBA, etc
- Competent technical skills: Understanding the current data architecture/design and infrastructure and articulating future state
- Significant experience in working within small to medium-sized teams to deliver best-in-class data, applications, and technology infrastructure
- Competent technical skills: SQL coding, data modeling technique, semantic data layer
- Advanced business analysis skills, high-level & detailed solution design and implementation
- 3 – 5 years experience implementing PEGA Decisioning based solutions
- Certification in PEGA Decisioning: Certified PEGA Decisioning Consultant
- Certification in PEGA Case: Certified System Architect, Certified Senior System Architect, etc.
